In de loop der jaren is het aanbod van trainingen steeds verder uitgebreid en hebben we ook gecertificeerde trainers in dienst.
Dit alles aan opleidingen, trainingen en workshops dat binnen KSH wordt aangeboden aan medewerkers om zich te ontplooien in de kinderopvang heeft een naam; KSH Academie
Wat is nu KSH Academie?
Er is geen algemene handleiding voor talentontwikkeling en persoonlijke groei voor pedagogisch medewerkers. Iedereen is tenslotte anders. Daarom staat bij KSH Academy uiteindelijk jouw ontwikkelingsbehoefte uit jouw coachingsplan dat je hebt afgestemd met je leidinggevende centraal. In KSH Academy wordt niet alleen ingewerkt en getraind, er wordt gemotiveerd en geïnspireerd. Door jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen houd je de controle over je eigen loopbaan in de kinderopvang.
